The cottages are built in a unique style, either of glued laminated lumber, or of bricks finished in the glued laminated lumber manner, “Chalet” like. The cottages have a high-quality equipment and are in conformity with the most high standards.
There are two separate roads through the forest leading to the cottage village.
Location
The "Alpiyskiy" cottage village is situated in the Istrinskiy district of Moscow region, one of the most green districts of Moscow region, on the 37-th km of Novorizhskoe Highway. This district has its own unique natural and historical peculiarities, making part of Moscow’s garden suburbs water-protective zones. There are pine and leaf forests here, what makes the air in the village always very pure.
The "Alpiyskiy" cottage village is built in a historical country-side district. It borders with the country-side estate of Savva Morozov and with a park land. There are holiday htels and sanatoriums situated close to it.
There is the Istra river not far away from it. Besides, 20 minutes of the village there is the Novoierusalimsky Monastery.
Infrastructure
The "Alpiyskiy" village stands out with its modern engineering infrastructure. Each allotment is served with:

The villages are served by a single service utility which will be responsible for the following activities:

The cottage village is provided with 24-hours security service, video-surveillance system, and has two checkpoints. Besides, the village is fenced along its whole perimeter.

Find us
By car: by Novorizhskoe or Volokolamskoe Highway. Travel time from the Moscow MKAD Ring Road is about 20-25 minutes.
By public transport: by the Rizhskaya railway by suburban train till the "Istra" stop, then continue by bus.
Nowadays Novorizhskoe Highway is the most convenient motorway for driving among all existing ones in Moscow region. At any day and at any time You can easily come from Moscow and go back there spending a minimum of time. You will need only some 20-25 minutes to cover the distance from the Moscow MKAD Ring Road to the cottage complex. Moreover, at the end of 2008 Novorizhskoe Highway was connected via a tunnel and the Zhivopisnyi bridge with the Prospect Zhukova way, thus making the way to Moscow city center even more quick.
