It was announced by the “Stroyarsenal” Company about the planned construction of a housing development of low-rise houses named “Bunkovo-2”. Number of storeys is 2-4.
Place of construction
The "Buzharovo" Residential Complex will be built up at the 38-th km of Novorizhskoe Highway. It will be taken for the built-on area some 2 hectares of territories located in a green zone and surrounded by forests. There will be other 2 hectares of leased forest territories adjoining to the complex.
The complex infrastructure
The adjoining forest territory is planned to be transformed into a huge recreation zone reserved exclusively for the residents and guests of the complex. There will be opened on the territory of "Bunkovo-2" the following objects:
- shops
- bar
- leisure-time complex for children's health support and development
- european-style beauty center
- pharmacy
Transport connection
There will be constructed public transport stops and launched a number of route-taxi lines in the "Bunkovo-2" complex.
Construction period
The building-up of the "Bunkovo-2" complex is planned to be started in July-August 2009.
