It was announced by the “Stroyarsenal” Company about the beginning of construction of the “Buzharovo” cottage village, the largest one in the region. It will be taken for the built-on area some 30 hectares of territories.
About the village
Number of houses in the village: 220-230, floor spaces of the houses: 140 to 450 m2, allotment square: 600 to 1800 m2. Types of houses: Alpine, Finnish, Bavarian. Individual projects for houses for constructions are possible as well. The houses can be purchased either with the interior finishing, or without it.
Place of construction
The "Buzharovo" cottage village will be built up at the 38-th km of Novorizhskoe Highway (the 35-th km of Volokolamskoe highway) in the Istrinskiy district of Moscow region, in the midst of forests. The village is situated only some 7 km North-West of the town of Istra.
Infrastructure
Every allotment in the "Buzharovo" village will be served with:
- gas
- water
- electricity
- canalization
On request the house can be served additionally with telephone landline, high-speed Internet, line, plus cable TV.
The village will be served by a single service utility, which will be responsible for the following activities:
- keeping in order public spaces
- cleaning public spaces, including roads
- garbage removal
- maintain services in the residential complex
Village specifics
The peculiarity of the new cottage village of "Buzharovo" is that it has its own park with a pond. It’s here where You can take a quiet walk along the paths surrounded by trees, far away from the city rush, as well as enjoy watching the water mirror-like surface while sitting on a bench by the pond.
Security
The "Buzharovo" cottage village will be provided with 24-hours security service, video-surveillance system, with two checkpoints. It will guarantee the comfort and safety of the village residents and their guests providing for property safe-keeping even after a long-term absence of the residents..
Construction start-up time
The building-up of the “Buzharovo” residential complex is planned to be started in July-August 2009.
