The "Koltsovo" village is located right near the "Bunkovo" village. It is a quiet place for people who value personal comfort, peace and seclusion. There is plenty of verdure in the village. Neighbors do not see each other thanks to high fencing and verdure between houses.
Different types of houses are built up in the village: Alpine, Finnish, Bavarian.
Location
The "Koltsovo” Cottage Village is loacated at the 37-th km of Novorizhskoe Highway. It is surrounded by the forest which provides it with fresh air and excellent views. There is the Istra river and the Istrinskoe artificial lake. It borders with other villages built by our Company - "Finskaya Derevnya" and "Bunkovo". A convenient transport junction makes it possible to get quickly from the highway to the village itself.
Infrastructure
The "Koltsovo" village stands out with its modern engineering infrastructure. Each allotment is served with:

The villages are served by a single service utility which will be responsible for the following activities:
- keeping in order public spaces
- cleaning public spaces, including roads
- garbage removal
- maintain services in the residential complex
The village is equipped with a guest parking, children’s playground, recreation zone, pond with summerhouses. There is a bar and a supermarket located two kilometers from the village. There is a kindergarten and a school close to the village.
The following objects are built close to the "Koltsovo" cottage village: golf club, tennis courts, horse sporting complex, sport club, bowling club, restaurant, bar, shop. ěŕăŕçčí. For winter sports lovers there is a recreation facility five kilometers away from the village with a ski slope and a lift. There is a helipad located just near the village.

The cottage village is provided with 24-hours security service, video-surveillance system, and has two checkpoints.

By car: by Novorizhskoe or Volokolamskoe Highway. Travel time from the Moscow MKAD Ring Road is about 20-25 minutes.
By public transport: by the Rizhskaya railway by suburban train till the “Istra” stop, then continue by bus.
Nowadays Novorizhskoe Highway is the most convenient motorway for driving among all existing ones in Moscow region. At any day and at any time You can easily come from Moscow and go back there spending a minimum of time. You will need only some 20-25 minutes to cover the distance from the Moscow MKAD Ring Road to the cottage complex. Moreover, at the end of 2008 Novorizhskoe Highway was connected via a tunnel and the Zhivopisnyi bridge with the Prospect Zhukova way, thus making the way to Moscow city center even more quick.
